Customer, or persons authorized, should call Technical Support to receive support. A technician will ask for Customer’s ticket number, relevant hardware and software brands, OPTIONS Computers tag, and model. To receive Services, Customer must confirm that Customer has full access to the hardware and/or software that is the basis of the problem, and has completed a back-up of any software or data that may be impacted by the Supported Product.
